Concept Event Solutions

Concept Event Solutions is a stage hire and event management company with offices in Bedford and Letchworth, supplying mobile stages, marquees, lighting, audio visual, generators, and toilet and shower trailers for corporate events, weddings, festivals, and film and TV across the UK. We develop its WordPress site on the Blocksy theme and Elementor Pro: every service, sector, and location has its own page, a marquee hire cost calculator sits beside an enquiry form, and every page ends with a call to get in touch for a quote.

The Challenge

One site for every kind of event hire

Concept Event Solutions supplies everything from a DJ for a party to the main stage at a festival, so the site has to serve very different buyers and turn each visit into a quote request.

1Presenting a long list of hire services, from stages and marquees to generators, lighting towers, and toilet trailers, without overwhelming visitors
2Speaking to corporate clients, couples planning weddings, festival organisers, and film and TV productions on the same site
3Giving buyers the technical detail they need to choose a stage, such as dimensions, clearance height, and set-up time
4Collecting the details the team needs to quote: event location, the service required, and approximate guest numbers
5Helping visitors budget for a marquee before they get in touch
6Ranking for local searches across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes
7Building trust with Google reviews, client logos, PLASA membership, and photos from recent events

Our Approach

A WordPress site organised around the quote

The site runs on the Blocksy theme with Elementor Pro, with a page for every service, sector, and location, and a route to an enquiry from every page.

Blocksy & Elementor Pro
Blocksy with Blocksy Companion Pro for the sticky header and the Our Services menu, and an Elementor Pro theme builder footer that carries the Hire Us call to action, Google reviews, office numbers, and a map on every page.
Service & Sector Pages
A page for each hire service and for corporate, weddings, festivals, and film and TV, linked to related services, with key points, stage videos, and free quote buttons on the stage hire pages.
Marquee Hire Cost Calculator
A client-side estimator that totals tent size, tables, chairs, lighting, a dance floor, a generator, and toilets as visitors change their choices, placed beside an enquiry form.
Enquiry Forms
Elementor Pro forms that capture contact details, the event location, the service required, and approximate guest numbers, protected by Google reCAPTCHA.
Local SEO & Content
Location pages for stage and marquee hire across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire, Rank Math SEO, and a blog of more than 120 articles on stages, festivals, and corporate events.
