The Challenge

One site for nationwide capture work and local listings

Step By Step 3D sells to two audiences from one site: businesses commissioning Matterport capture anywhere in the US, and Las Vegas agents booking listing media. Both needed a clear path, and the site had to be easy for search engines and AI assistants to read.

Our Approach

Elementor Pro for editing, custom code for the rest

We kept the site on Elementor Pro and the Hello Biz theme so the team can edit pages visually, and built the location model, header media, structured data, and public API as custom code around it.

Location Content Model
Matterport Services and Real Estate Services post types with city, state, and industry taxonomies, so each landing page lives at a city and state URL.
Header Tours & Maps
A shared page header that shows a Matterport tour preview, loads the live tour in place, and sets a Google map of the page's service area beside it.
Tour Registry with Fallbacks
Each header tour is picked from a category registry, with a fallback tour and a Las Vegas fallback map when a page has no match of its own.
Structured Data
Rank Math PRO for SEO metadata and sitemaps, plus 3D model and service-area schema generated with every page header.
Public API for AI Agents
A read-only REST API for services and buyer questions, documented with an OpenAPI spec, llms.txt, AI catalog files, and a versioning policy.
